I am experienced in drilling operations, with strong technical competence in various drilling fluids design/formulation, mixing, testing, and maintenance. Excellent knowledge in various Mud systems, Completion/workover fluids, Well site engineering of Drilling Fluids, post-job evaluation of fluid performance, and timely delivery of End-of-Well recaps and proffering solutions to unscheduled drilling problems. Experienced in M-I SWACO engineering software and recap, experience with drilling problems, such as lost circulation, hole cleaning performances, total system pressure, and ECD analysis; and the ability to proactively suggest and implement solutions. Experience in coordinating fluids/ES operations on multiple rig operations, Reservoir Drill-In Fluids, and completion fluids. Also experience in Ultra-deep, offshore well, and directional wells. Conversant with various Mud Systems: WBM- bentonite/polymer(spud mud), guar gum/polymer mud, KCl/polymer/glycol inhibitive system, polypus (PHPA) enhanced system, Seawater Polymer, KCL Polymer, etc. Invert Emulsion Mud- Oil-Based Mud/Synthetic-Based system, i.e. Paradril, Versaclean, Flo-Pro. Completion/Workover Fluids- Calcium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride/Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride/Calcium Bromide, Calcium Bromide, Cesium Bromide, etc, and Various Packer Fluids. Specialties: Mud programs, Tenders, horizontal, lost circulation, carbonates, extended reach, Waste management, disposal, clean-cut systems, Cement slurry testing. Also Laboratory specialties: Introducing new technologies in drilling fluid designs, using new chemicals and additives, through applied research utilizing laboratory testing, evaluation, and Environmental testing.
