About Ayonna Saunders

For as long as I can remember I loved technology and helping others now I've finally decided to act on my love. I've recently started an intensive bootcamp to gain my Google IT certification in the hopes that I can troubleshoot my own computer problems and everyone else's as well. Before this program I worked in retail and primarily customer focused roles for the past seven years with my most recent job being a mailroom clerk position for a bank overseeing the mail transportation and delivery to 75 branches and 36 departments. I always knew I enjoyed helping others, but it was working retail that made me realize how much I enjoyed helping people solve their problems. My interest in Information Technology started years ago when the first desktop I received only ran Linux and I had to tinker with it in order to use it like I would a desktop running Windows and it’s only grown as I find myself doing basic troubleshooting for work, and upgrading my personal laptops at home.
