About Ayoub Khalil

Interacting with people using soft skills wasn't easy, especially with cold calling, starting with gaining their trust, keeping them on the phone, showing them the benefits of the call, ending it by convincing them to buy the solution you give. After the first call, thing started to change, and after many calls, things become a part of my life, getting someone on the phone, is one of the thing I currently enjoy, that's a challenge I accepted and now I'm excelling at. Coming from technical field where interacting with cars and later with aircrafts, honed my skills in analysing the root cause of issues, which made it easy for me to support people on customer support at Meta. What I've learned from my career, I'm always open to new challenges, with a high confidence that I'm gonna do great finishing my tasks and being a team player.
