I Have more than 7 years of previous experience working with INGOs and international companies, I have worked in the most affected places that were subject to violence, and I have worked on different programs such as SME, Investment, Gender and protection, FSL, and Humanitarian support. during my work, I prepared several types of reports and did data analysis for quantitative and qualitative data. I have worked and participated in drafting the logical frame and MEAL plan for the projects under different donors (FCDO, BMZ, USAID…etc.). During my work, I have supervised field and office teams and did regular training for them in MEAL. I have worked with different partners and given them the required support with tools and reporting. I have worked in designing surveys for different levels of project outcomes, receiving the data, cleaning it, and analyzing it. I also have an experience in gender mainstreaming in projects and accountability mainstreaming. Skills: data collection, analysis, visualization, and use of M&E technology; Experience training staff; Experience working in low- and middle-income countries. Experience working subjected to violent sites; running workshops in different resource settings; work in culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Excellent oral and written communication skills; Excellent data skills: analysis, visualization, interpretation, and methods (e.g, survey design, sampling); ability to build relationships with staff in different roles- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), file sharing; Ability to work independently with attention to detail and quality, delivering timely results.
