About Aysha Shaikh

I specialize in helping aesthetic clinics improve their inquiry-to-booking conversion systems. While most clinics focus heavily on visibility — SEO, Instagram, ads — growth often slows down due to internal booking leaks.Through my role as a Digital Marketing Executive at Egara Digital, I work closely with clinic marketing execution, including:• SEO strategies for clinics• Instagram content designed to increase patient inquiries• Booking flow optimization to reduce lead leakage• Lead tracking and patient retention systemsThis exposure made one thing clear:Generating leads is not the hardest part.Converting them consistently is.My focus now is on auditing and structuring the inquiry-to-booking journey for aesthetic clinics — identifying response gaps, follow-up weaknesses, and system inconsistencies that impact confirmed appointments. For clinics that require deeper implementation, I work with a structured growth framework designed to align marketing efforts with internal booking processes.Currently, I offer free booking system audits for aesthetic clinics looking to understand where conversion drop-offs happen before investing in more visibility. If you're an aesthetic clinic owner or operations manager looking to improve booking discipline and conversion clarity, feel free to connect.
