About Aysha Uddin

I am a graduate student of English Literature with a 2:1 degree from the University of Roehampton. My academic journey has deepened my passion for writing and feminism, leading me to actively participate in the writing society and the intersectional feminism society during my time in college. These experiences not only enriched my understanding but also influenced my dissertation topic,"An Analysis of Sex in Dystopian Novels," where I explored the complex interplay of sexuality and societal structures in speculative fiction. My commitment to assisting others is evident through my diverse experiences, from tutoring children to volunteering in charity shops. These roles have honed my communication, empathy, and organisational skills, preparing me to contribute effectively in various professional environments. I am eager to pursue a career that allows me to leverage my educational background and practical experiences; making sure it aligns with my passion for literature, social justice, and education. Whether through writing, research, or advocacy, I aspire to work in a field where I can make a meaningful impact and continue to grow both personally and professionally.
