Here are a few ways I’ve provided exceptional success for the projects I’ve worked on: ACHIEVING GREEN LEAN STATUS: When tasked with being the Lean Champion for the company, an external audit was conducted to assess where we were and where we needed to be. Beginning in red status, I was able to implement key changes that brought the company to green status. INCREASING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY: I led the team to attain green status in overall operational efficiencies in the last external audit. INCREASING SALES THROUGH PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: I was tasked to temporarily to lead the NEX sector sales. I instilled a new global sales process and exceeded NEX sector sales targets by 5% within a year in the role. Commitment, passion, curiosity, and vision have always been mainstays in my life – and I strive to instil them in my teams, business units, and companies through my work, knowledge, and actions.
