About Ayub Subhaniya

As a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer my expertise lies in Reinforcement Learning Natural Language Processing and Natural Language Generation. My work involves building and deploying scalable Machine Learning models leveraging microservices frameworks to ensure efficiency and robustness. I've recently been focused on applying and developing Large Language Models (LLMs) for Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) challenges particularly in creating advanced bots and agent assistants. This work has not only improved customer engagement but also streamlined support operations. I hold a patent-pending for pioneering work in Advertising Cost Optimization using Reinforcement Learning where I devised strategies to significantly reduce expenses while maximizing ad performance.
