About Ayush Drolia

Change is a given; what we make of it is precisely what defines us. I have been guilty of settling for the status quo in the past. Let me assure you, it often leads to complacency. It was this realization that pushed me to pursue an M.Sc. in Management of Innovation and enabled me to EMBRACE CHANGE with open arms. I would like to emphasize that PEOPLE have been at the center of all my activities so far. Whether as a Pool Driver or as an intern in Category Management, I am aware that people are at the center of all activities. My previous experiences, coupled with exposure to individuals from multiple nationalities have allowed me to engage in perspective-taking and develop a consumer-centric mindset. I find life to be the best teacher. With an open mind and the desire to experience, analyse and learn, I wish to make the most out of any situation, learn from my mistakes and become a force for positive change in the world.
