About Ayush Gaur

With over 13 years of experience in service management and service delivery, I am a Systems Integration Coordinator at Crosslinx Transit Solutions, a joint venture that is designing and building the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit project in Toronto. My core competencies include Service Management, Project Management, Systems integration, process improvement, business reporting, and contract management. My mission is to deliver fully enabled business operations that support the client's processes and desired business outcomes, while ensuring ample governance and continual service improvement (CSI). In my current role, I work with cross-functional teams to coordinate the integration of various systems and subsystems, such as signaling, communications, power supply, and rolling stock, that are essential for the operation and safety of the light rail transit. I also leverage my RPA skills to automate and optimize processes and workflows, resulting in increased efficiency, quality, and reliability. Additionally, I am responsible for service reporting and service measurement, using data and analytics to monitor and evaluate the performance and outcomes of the systems and processes, and to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
