I'm currently navigating an exciting journey as a Technical Program Manager intern at Tesla, where I'm immersed in the dynamic world of energy solutions. Each day feels like piecing together a complex puzzle—one where every detail matters. I thrive on challenges that push me to think critically about quality improvement processes and optimize systems that not only enhance reliability but also minimize risks. It’s invigorating work that fuels my passion for engineering excellence. My academic adventure continues as I pursue my Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Physics, I've had the pleasure of guiding students through their learning journeys. This experience has taught me a lot about communication and empathy—skills that are just as vital in the classroom as they are in the engineering field. Before my time at Tesla, I honed my skills with internships and roles that shaped my understanding of quality management and project engineering across various industries. At Skyworks Solutions, I contributed to quality initiatives within their semiconductor division for six months. During this time, I learned how crucial it is to ensure every component meets rigorous standards before hitting the market. I also spent nearly two years with Isgec Heavy Engineering in India, where I engaged deeply with multiple engineering domains such as project management and supply chain optimization. My research experience at GLA University further fueled my curiosity—working under Dr. Bharat Singh led to two published papers on ESD Machining and Composite Materials. Outside of work and studies, I'm passionate about continuous learning through reading books on engineering innovations or volunteering for local tech events where I can connect with like-minded enthusiasts who share my enthusiasm for technology's potential impact on our lives.
