Hi, I’m Ayush — a curious entrepreneur, MBA, and lifelong learner with a passion for business, tech, and personal finance. Over the past several years, I’ve built and run my own import and trading business focused on bringing innovative electronics and STEM modules from China to the Indian market. From sourcing and negotiation to sales and distribution, I’ve been hands-on in every aspect of the business. Earlier, I was part of my family’s agricultural wholesale venture, where I helped expand our product line with health-oriented grains before they became a thing. I also experimented with launching an e-commerce platform (grocerybag.in) to explore retail possibilities. While it wasn’t sustainable long-term, it gave us solid product insights that strengthened our wholesale strategy. I started my career in the hospitality industry, working with the Taj Hotels as a Revenue Manager — an experience that grounded me in data-driven decision-making, pricing strategies, and cross-functional teamwork. These days, I’m also a founding partner at Swapro Agritech LLP, a seaweed-focused agri-tech startup building innovative infrastructure to promote seaweed cultivation in India. Outside of business, I’m passionate about investing. I’ve learned both technical and fundamental analysis — and I treat investing as a continuous learning journey. I’m in the process of honing my own investment strategy by blending structured knowledge with real-world experience. I actively manage a personal portfolio of equities, mutual funds, REITS & ETFs.
