I became well-versed in data extraction techniques, data cleaning. This experience was a turning point in my career, igniting my passion for data analytics and its potential to drive informed decision-making.Collaborating with Telus International:One of the most exciting chapters in my career was my collaboration with Telus International, a global leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing. Working on a project with their team was an eye-opening experience. This opportunity not only broadened my horizons but also enriched my skill set in project management and problem-solving.The Road to Data Excellence - CloudyMl:Currently, I am actively pursuing a Data Analytics course at CloudyMl. This endeavor reflects my commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and acquiring the skills needed to excel in the world of data analytics. Through this course, I am mastering data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools, among other critical skills. My aim is to leverage this knowledge to make data-driven decisions that create value for organizations and drive innovation.
