I am currently working with Deloitte USI in their Operations Transformation practice with Strategy & Operations. Projects here comprise of op model transformation, process reengineering, digital strategy enablement, etc in industries such as healthcare, BFSI and energy & resources. Have previously worked with Infosys Consulting as Business Consultant in Enterprise Digital practice to help clients define future of their businesses- technology enabled innovations and disruptions. Work there revolved in the areas of defining tech strategy,enterprise architecture and application portfolio rationalization for a US based CPG firm. I have completed my degree in Masters of Business Administration from Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay with major subjects of strategy, supply chain and IT systems. Being among the top 5 percentile in college academics, have been conferred with IIT Bombay scholarship for merit. Before post-graduation worked in Ericsson India Global services for 2.5 years and having experience of project management in Telecom services industry. A trained ITIL service management professional working with market of Europe for network services planning, implementation and maintenance in communication sector. I worked closely with clients to understand the existing problems and providing strategies for further optimization of networks, delivered business analysis process improvements. Skilled in Project planning and reporting with requirement gathering, having good knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio, SAP MM, ADC build, MapInfo and internal Ericsson tools.
