About Ayush Verma

Sales Operations Analyst with 5+ years of experience driving data-led decision-making across the B2B sales funnel. I specialize in lead-to-paid conversion analysis, CRM data governance (Zoho CRM, Salesforce), and Power BI/Excel reporting that sales leadership relies on for monthly and quarterly reviews. At Real Time Data Services (ACE Hosting), I've led root-cause analysis on multi-year conversion trends — isolating lead volume, lead quality, and conversion efficiency as independent performance drivers — and built channel-level comparisons (FBD vs. LCD) that directly informed sales strategy. My reporting has covered 300+ account-level funnels, tracking lead-to-trial and trial-to-billing timing, MRR, and client tiering.I started as a Sales Analyst and was promoted twice — to Sales Analyst II and then Team Lead — based on consistently translating raw CRM data into insights that sales and management teams could act on.Beyond analytics, I've managed a range of cross-functional projects — from CRM/process improvement initiatives to reporting system rollouts — and I design and calculate sales incentive structures, working through compensation logic end-to-end from plan design to payout calculation. Background also includes 1.5+ years in banking operations (IDFC FIRST Bank), giving me a strong foundation in process discipline and data accuracy.Open to Sales Operations, CRM/Analytics, Project Management, and Sales Compensation/Incentive roles where I can bring this same rigor to a new team.
