About Ayushi Acharya

With over eight years of experience in the mental health and wellness field, I am a passionate and dedicated psychotherapist and social worker who strives to provide quality and compassionate care to my clients. I have a dual master's degree in public health and social work and strive to advocate for attainable mental health resources. As the sole owner of Love Your Behavior Wellness LLC, I offer therapy services to individuals and couples who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or cultural challenges, especially in the South Asian diaspora. Currently, I am a psychotherapist at Arise Eating Disorder Care. My approach is based on the principles of healing, learning, and understanding oneself to lead to healthy relationships, decisions, and lifestyle. I use evidence-based and culturally sensitive interventions to help my clients achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.
