About Ayushi Agarwal

With a PGDM in Marketing and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, I have a strong foundation in online business and e-commerce. I have also obtained multiple certifications, to enhance my skills and knowledge in digital marketing channels and paid media strategy.I joined Zivame in October 2022 as an Online Business Executive, after completing a successful internship with them, where I executed campaigns, analyzed data, and optimized performance. I leverage my expertise in paid media strategy to drive online growth and increase conversions for Zivame, one of India's leading online lingerie brands. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to plan, implement, and monitor online marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. I also use data-driven insights and tools to measure and report on the effectiveness and ROI of the campaigns, and to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Prior to Zivame, I gained valuable experience as a Marketing Operations Intern at Newton School, an online education platform that offers courses and mentorship to aspiring software developers. I supported the marketing team in various tasks and projects, such as writing an email or ad copy and also creating content for channels like Instagram and LinkedIn. I have been self-employed for more than four years, working on various online and offline initiatives. I am passionate about online business and e-commerce and always eager to learn new skills and tools to enhance my competencies and deliver results. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a creative thinker. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to grow and contribute to the success of the company and its customers.
