I am a corporate lawyer with around 3 years of PQE with focus on the PE/VC transactions and commercial agreements across the sectors. I am a self-driven individual while also being a team-player. My experience can be divided in two fields: A. Commercial Agreements a) Drafting and vetting master services agreements, vendor agreements, employment agreements, intellectual assignment agreements, celebrity endorsement agreements, amongst others. b) Advising the clientele in relation to the applicable laws and formulating of the Company's policies as per the applicable law. c) Formulating the privacy policies and standard terms and conditions for the Company's website in accordance with the applicable law. d) Preparing the letter of notice /response to notice for the clientele to be sent to the governmental authorities. e) Assisting the lead in negotiations in the legal contracts. B. Transactional Agreements a) Drafting and vetting the term sheet, share subscription agreements, shareholders' agreement, waiver letters and other supporting transactional documents for PE/VC deals ranging from Pre-Seed Series to Series B funding. b) Conducting due diligences on the Company c) Checking the compliances in the secretarial documents of the Company in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. d) Assisting in negotiations of the transactional documents. e)Providing end-to-end support in the transactions.
