About Ayushi Roy

I am an English educator with a strong grounding in curriculum design, student mentorship, and interdisciplinary learning, shaped by experiences across public and private education systems in India. From my early work as a Teach For India fellow to my current role at Shiv Nadar School, I have remained committed to building inclusive, purpose-driven classrooms. Beyond language instruction, I am increasingly drawn to the evolving role of AI and digital technologies in education, particularly their potential to transform pedagogy, personalize learning, and enhance student safety. I aim to explore how AI, digital literacy, and cybersecurity can be integrated meaningfully into school systems to empower both learners and educators. My work spans cross-campus curriculum planning, leading literary and digital enrichment programs, and facilitating global citizenship through Round Square initiatives. I thrive at the intersection of education, innovation, and equity and I’m keen to connect with others reimagining the future of learning.
