Experience 10 years of quality experience in Retail Operations in Apparel and Fashion Retailing. I had started my career as a Management Trainee and have worked up the career ladder since. Currently I’m a Cluster Manager in Ops and I’m looking after the entire business operations of Reliance Trends, a division of Reliance Retail Ltd, in Odisha. I had worked for Pantaloons, a division of Futuregroup back then, for 3 years and after that I have been working for last 7 yrs in Reliance Trends till date. I have worked in small time pockets in different geographic area like Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, etc. But I have also handled the business ops for entire North East, with stores spread across entire Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura n Arunachal. For a period of 6 months I have managed 2 Clusters, entire North East and entire Odisha, together. As per education, I have done my Post Graduation Diploma from Asian School of Business Management, with Retail Management super-specialisation.
