About Az Hamilton

Az Hamilton’s extensive history working one on one with young people, began with him garnering his own radio show as a full-time presenter with Brisbane’s 96.5 at the early age of 18. His infectious personality and exceptional ability to connect with the youth of today saw him take the show to new heights, tripling its listener reach within 5 years. This saw him working side by side with some of Australia’s most sought after sporting celebrities as pare to a schools program instilling good life choices in young people. The 1 hour program was run extensively through-out south- east Queensland and consistently had a backlog of schools seeking to have the program presented to their students. In 2008 Az was head-hunted by an International Child Development organisation which saw him taking on the role of National Youth Coordinator. The next 3 years saw him travelling extensively across Australia presenting an inspiring campaign he developed; connecting and igniting the energies of our young people to make meaningful change. He travelled extensively to developing nations, visiting projects in Haiti, Dominican Republic and Kenya drawing inspiration for the development of future social justice projects. On completion of his tenure Az branched out on his own founding the company “Just Motivation” in 2012. The company ethos is to create and launch projects that are small enough to grapple with, but Big enough to bring about major social change on a global scale. The first project launched was TAG You’re It!(Timely Acts of Generosity) schools program is delivered in schools through a one hour interactive, multi-media seminar to students in upper primary through to senior school. The up-take has been incredible being seen by over thousands of teenagers since its inception and the measurable results have seen Australian youth making change in multiple locations across Australia and the globe.
