About Azad Khan

With over 17 years of experience in corporate site selection, incentives, and economic development, I help companies identify optimal locations for their US operations. I also develop and manage tools for economic development organizations, fine-tuning their corporate recruitment strategies. As a corporate site selection consultant, I routinely advise companies on all facets of their corporate site selection initiatives, including site/building suitability, workforce analysis, tax and operating cost analysis, incentive negotiation, compliance and other strategic matters. Corporate projects have ranged in size from $1.7 million to over $3.5 billion and from companies across 28 countries. Early in my career, I worked in state and regional economic development, where I established a foundation for finding win-win solutions for both public and private sector clients. Throughout my career, I’ve supported corporate expansion projects totaling over $12 billion in announced investments and nearly new jobs across diverse sectors, including automotive, plastics, composites and textiles, consumer products, forestry products, machinery manufacturing, and financial services.
