A PMP®-certified project management professional and MIEAust member with over 15 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure and capital works projects across diverse sectors—from Indian Public Sector Undertakings and multinational companies to Australian local government authorities. A First Class Civil Engineering graduate from the prestigious National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, I combine strong technical foundations with proven project leadership.Currently leading the Project Management Office at Swan Hill Rural City Council, I specialise in translating ideas to reality. Along with my team, I break down complex requirements into manageable components, plan, schedule, and oversee successful project delivery with a focus on governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.My project portfolio spans high-impact community infrastructure such as the Swan Hill Tourism & Cultural Hub, Sporting Hubs and Regional housing initiatives, alongside technically complex industrial projects including but not limited to - Baggage Handling Systems project for a major airport- Overseeing a cross-country belt conveyor project for bulk material handling- Construction management for Coke ovens and by-product plant- Construction management for a 2x500 MW thermal power plant I have steered the community infrastructure projects from business case development through to construction and close-out.Passionate about embedding structure without stifling agility, I mentor teams, refine delivery models, and champion transparency and accountability.
