About Azamuddin Roslan

Started as Customer Care Consultant in 2019 with Maxis. My role was to attending to customer’s enquiries, complaints, and services in person. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on the latest products and services offered by Maxis. Identify sales opportunities and promote Maxis products and services to customers by upselling and cross-selling. Involved in outdoor roving – reaching out to potential customers outside of the store, as example, at residency area, government building and industrial building by offering the products that could benefits them. Enrolled in Apple’s program called ‘Apple Champion’ as Apple Ambassador at the store. Acts as person in charge in maintaining store in best condition to operate by making sure demo phone updated and secured, leaflets and price up to date and digital content running the latest ads. At the end 2022, I was relocate to other department with new position which is Online Customer Experience. The main task is to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner by providing accurate information and addressing customer concerns or issues via chat. Make outbound calls to potential customers and sell products or services over the phone.
