An Industrial Engineering & Management Professional, my areas of expertise include Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Systems Development, 6 Sigma, Organizational Development and all that leads towards Business Excellence. I drive Change Leadership and make the most of my expertise in delivering effective, profitable projects. Additionally I am passionately engaged in developing young leaders through Management Trainee Programs, Kaizen engagements and Coaching sessions. The goal is to pass on knowledge and inspire Kaizen in people and processes, in the most effective manner possible, at all Management and Operational Levels. And the key to that is to keep your head down, listen, observe, learn and try. I've been preaching humility & selflessness all my life, while most people struggle to realize it is the integral ingredient to succeed in professional along with personal endeavors. There is absolutely no other way to put it, no complexity, and no long explanation; helping others succeed is literally the best path to your success. It worked for me, and continues to do so. The productivity & effectiveness of those around me ultimately benefits them, the workplace, and me too. 13+ Years in the Home Textiles, Denim & Terry Sectors and I continue to aspire as well as inspire the willingness to learn.
