About Azarias Houndjo

Africa deserves systems that last, not solutions that float I'm not a consultant. I'm Azarias HOUNDJO “Khayil” - the strategist who transforms shaky projects into unshakable architectures and restructures to dominate. My battle? The silent mediocrity that eats away: WASH projects that fall apart after the last report Teams that “make do” rather than “remake properly”. Donors who fund numbers rather than impacts My arsenal (5+ years in the field): Ruthless audits of fuzzy systems (your project has flaws? I'll find them in 48h) Tailor-made architectures that survive staff changes Training that makes an impact: 87% of my students now refuse to accept half-measures. What you gain from hiring me: → Projects that stand on their own → A team that thinks in “structure” before thinking in “activities”. → A visible return on investment in your indicators Next conquest: Train a generation of leaders who refuse mediocrity (via @Ophen Assistance) Warning: I'm not the solution if you're looking for: → A consultant who will say “yes” to everything → Politically correct recommendations → A pretty report that will sleep in a drawer What I'll never do: Be satisfied with “projects that work more or less”. Celebrate ephemeral successes Current challenge: “Show me a 'successful' project, and I'll reveal 2 inconvenient truths and 3 ignored opportunities.” “What's temporary stays temporary - what's structured becomes legacy.”
