About Azaz Gates

As a store manager at UScellular, I lead a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals. I also manage the daily operations of the store, including inventory, scheduling, and training. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team that is committed to providing the best wireless solutions to our customers. I have a background in Human Development and Family Services, and graduated from Iowa State University. I have worked as an educational assistant in three different school districts, where I supported students, teachers, and administrative staff. I have gained valuable skills in communication, collaboration, and adaptation, as well as a passion for working with the community and education. I am a first generation American, and I grew up in a bilingual home (Arabic/English). I have a unique perspective and a cultural awareness that enriches my interactions with people from various walks of life. I am also a skilled artist, and I paint themed murals on children's walls. I am motivated, self-driven, energetic, flexible, reliable, and coachable. I am always looking to personally develop and learn new skills that can help me grow in my career.
