I am a Contract and Procurement Manager with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I have a proven track record of success, having managed contracts with a total value of more than €1 billion. My current role is with ERAMET-COMILOG, where I am responsible for managing subcontractors' claims and changes, solving contract-related problems that arise with other parties and within the company, negotiating terms and conditions and recommending the award of contracts to suppliers. Previously, I worked for SGTM-FLSMIDTH and JESA (JV Worley & OCP) in roles such as Senior Project Buyer and Senior Contract Administrator, respectively. In these positions, I was responsible for negotiating purchase contracts, managing official correspondence with contractors, implementing contract modifications, and ensuring contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Overall, my experience has honed my skills in contract management, procurement, negotiation, and relationship-building with suppliers and subcontractors.
