Mechanical, Welding, NDT & painting inspections on API Storage Tanks, Process & Power Piping, columns, Pressure Vessels, Chemical Injection Skids, Valves, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, commissioning of various system & Heavy Steel Structures-Fully familiar with functions such as but not limited to Field and Vendor Inspection, Expediting, Field QC Supervision, Procurement QC Supervision, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Management. CERTIFICATIONS & TRAININGS - CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector, BGAS Level II Certified Coating Inspector, API 570-Piping Inspector, ASNT NDT Level II in RT, PT, MT, UT- Lead Auditor from IRCA -Six sigma Yellow belt-High Pressure pipe welding 6G certified-Quality control and engineering inspection ACHEVEMENTS: The overall weld rejection rate from 11.34% on May 2012 to 3.92% on Jan 2013 for joint basis compared to YESREF target of <5% and from 0.77% on May 2012, to 0.2% on Jan 2013 for Linear basis compared to YESRAF target of<0.3%. This achievement was accompanied with excellent overall RTFI disagreement rate of about 1% compared to YESREF target of <5%. Developed easy to use format for monitoring welder performance discontinuity wise, location wise and continual feedback for avoiding discontinuity.
