My key focus is on driving operational excellence through the implementation of 5S, Lean, and AM/PM/FI principles.A critical aspect of my role involves leading commissioning activities, which include conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Product Qualification (PQ) for key systems such as Wet Mixing, Pasteurization, UHT Infusion, Retort Processing, and five diverse packing lines. I have also played a key role in developing new teams and creating comprehensive SOPs for these complex processes.Collaboration is central to my work, as I coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, engineering, quality, inventory, and planning, to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvements. With a broad background in Quality Control, Food Safety, Production, and Commissioning, I am deeply passionate about achieving company goals and driving operational efficiencies. I believe in a growth mindset—learning from challenges to drive personal and organizational improvement.
