About Aziree Tacardon

With a background in operations and compliance, I’ve developed a strong foundation in organization, efficiency, and problem-solving. Now, as I work toward my Bachelor’s in HR at California State University, East Bay, I’m excited to transition into an HR role where I can help create a positive, well-supported work environment. In my current role as a Transfer of Assets Specialist at IRA Resources, I ensure smooth processes, regulatory compliance, and accurate transaction handling—all while maintaining high service standards. I thrive in structured environments and enjoy making workflows more efficient so teams can focus on what they do best. I’m passionate about supporting employees in meaningful ways, whether through clear communication, improving processes, or fostering a workplace where people feel valued. As I grow in my HR career, I look forward to bringing a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to employee experience and workplace culture. Always open to connecting—let’s chat!
