I have 15 years of experience in product development, including over four and a half years at Dyson as a Test Development Manager. My primary focus has been on pioneering test development for cutting-edge home appliances, ranging from vacuums to environmental care products. Our dedicated team has enhanced product verification through the rigorous application of measurement system analysis, ensuring that our tests are both repeatable and reproducible. My expertise in Agile methodologies and simulation tools, such as Simscape, supports this strategic approach. As a people manager and lab owner, I lead our subject matter experts and technician group in aligning our testing protocols with international standards like EN, IEC, and ASTM, which helps us maintain a competitive edge. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the establishment and management of state-of-the-art testing laboratories. I am passionate about continuous improvement and have a keen eye for detail in both test development and lab operations.
