I'm a highly adaptable individual with impact oriented problem solving mindset. I have a great sense of efficiency and effectivity that manifests in me and always applicate it on my daily basis and work related. As a Management Trainee to start my professional career, I got different exposure from several industries and various of roles in it. Through several projects improvement, I create several successful impacts towards the company, starting 100% cost elimination & efficiency due to shipment error, optimization of Export & Import urgent payment, and also decrease staff work load & mental work load of a single department until 20% of reduction from overload. As Sales & Business Development Executive, I actively engage with new and existing customers to generate new business opportunity. Through market research & market survey regarding food Industry in Indonesia market, I support sales team & Department Manager to create key decision making and strategy of respective department, I also work with various principle all across the globe and successfully commercialize several products and add additional product portfolio. Besides generating & expanding food business, I also take care stuff regarding marketing such as brand management, content marketing, marketing project management and successfully generate lead & convert it to purchase order. I find sense of happiness when I could help people to grow and become successful both personally and work related. I have a huge interest in talent management and organizational development.
