My mission is to drive continuous improvement in project quality, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while cultivating a culture of quality awareness and excellence. As an all-around problem solver, planner, and coordinator, I have cultivated robust expertise in audits, inspections, and establishing quality systems across various prestigious oil and gas organizations. I take pride in my ability to engage with diverse teams, driving collaboration and fostering a productive and innovative work environment. My journey has taken me through esteemed companies like PETRONAS, Tabung Haji Heavy Engineering Berhad (THHE), and The Welding Institute (TWI) South East Asia, where I’ve contributed significantly to EPCIC and EPCC projects. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully established and maintained Quality Management Systems (QMS) and have been instrumental in obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certification. Training staff on QA systems, surveillance, and audits is a role I enjoy, as it allows me to foster a deep-seated quality culture within the teams I work with. My leadership skills are a cornerstone of my professional identity. I excel in guiding teams through complex projects, ensuring that every member is aligned with our goals and motivated to achieve excellence. My proficiency extends to international codes and standards such as ASME, AWS, and API, enabling me to ensure the highest quality standards in our projects. I have played pivotal roles in major projects like the Kasawari Gas Development Project (EPCIC), Kinabalu NAG Phase 2 Development Project (EPCC), and D12DR-A and LADR-A Development Project (EPCC), delivering top-tier oil and gas service platforms.
