About Azra Day

I’m driven by a deep passion for making a positive impact in my local community. Currently serving as a Supervisor at the Tax Collector's Office, I lead teams responsible for providing services that directly support the day-to-day lives of our residents. My leadership style is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and development. I believe that when people feel psychologically safe at work, they’re more engaged, more innovative, and more willing to grow. I take pride in creating an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and encouraged to bring their best self. By combining my foundation in psychology with real-world leadership and business knowledge, I aim to inspire meaningful change and help build a workplace culture that serves both our team and our community with integrity and excellence.
