I am passionate about Human Resources and development, I have experience in HR, Talent Management, Recruitment and Small Business Skills Training within the SMME / Enterprise Development field. I have a keen eye for identifying talent and a passion for their development. My working experience has exposed me to multiple departments of an organisation, not only have I gained experience in the full HR function but I have had the opportunity to work closely within SME Development projects, specifically managing the small business skills training portfolio and other small business programme interventions.About me:I love writing. I enjoy all genres of music and the thrill of attending live music concerts. I love a good movie on the weekends (particularly horrors), a game of Scrabble or spending time with my family and discovering new places to eat. The Artscape and Baxter Theater, is where I fell in love with plays, performances, and productions - this is where my love of art, music and drama started. I enjoy the outdoors (if it’s not cold and rainy). A good cup of decaffeinated coffee makes me smile. I would like to believe that I am good listener, I usually make people laugh and I make an excellent cup of tea!
