I am a PMP certified Structural Engineer with +16 years of experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures-Developed and Prepared the Structural Design Criteria for mega projects by coordinating with different clients-Developed Schematic, Detailed Design, Tender and Permit Structural Drawing Packages with the aid of 2D and BIM software-Created 3D finite-element models (FEM) on different software packages that were used for the analysis of structures (High rise buildings such as hotels & hospitals and residential buildings, tanks, library) and steel structural buildings (terminal airport, work shop, offices)-Designed different structural components, with and without the aid of Excel design sheets, conforming to the Egyptian Code of Practice, ACI Committee 318 Structural Building Code, ASCE American Society of Civil Engineers and SBC Saudi Building Code- Review and validate that all Structural designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards and in accordance with the company policies and standards-Revised and Coordinated works with the Architectural, MEP and Project Management Departments-Designs are cost efficient Monitoring and evaluation of design to meet budget, assure value engineering of design works-My range of works include Reinforced Concrete and Steel structural design for residential, commercial, industrial, educational projects and hospitals, Egyptian and international codes. Furthermore, I have replied to RFIs of IFC drawings, and prepared concept reports.
