About Azza Ghattas

Proud Founder of Accountancy Options, I head up a team of fabulous consultants who together have over 75 years of experience in the financial and recruitment industries. Since our establishment in Accountancy Options has become the preferred recruitment provider for many of Melbourne’s blue-chip companies and not-for-profit organisations. In 2006, we also launched our Options in Finance division so could provide our clients with a highly customised, streamlined financial recruitment service. Now, I focus on providing a truly flexible and supportive working environment for my employees and ensuring all aspects of our service continue to reflect our core company values; trust, collaboration, partnership. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveller and cinema lover.
