Hi I'm Babar, I have always loved technology and gadgets, and they truly made my school days enjoyable. I enjoy debugging and investing my effort in comprehending and fixing problems. I started out as a level 1 network engineer at Alpha Broadband, where I was in charge of both the network and desktop support. where I gained an understanding of computers and laptops as well as the fundamentals of how LANs, MANs, and WANs operate. After a year, I started working for Binary Systems as an IT support engineer. There, I helped with hardware and system administration support for a variety of clients and products, such as Windows 2012 R2/2016/2019 Server and Active Directory, Windows & Linux OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Azure, and VMware vSphere The following are some additional highlights of my qualifications and experience: Provided support over phone and email requests in a professional and courteous manner. Maintained detailed records of support provided in an incident management system. Resolved faults as soon as they occurred and escalated critical problems to the necessary authority to be resolved immediately. My degree in information technology provided me with the strong foundation to pursue work in IT Support. My years of experience in IT support have prepared me well to exceed in the position of IT Support Engineer and bring great value to organization.
