A true visionary with a rare combination of technical, analytical, business and interpersonal skills.I worked as an operator and strategist for Schlumberger overseeing Well Construction Services in the MEA region where I delivered 3-point regional market share gain.At GE I consistently proved myself as "top talent" securing challenges and opportunities of growing magnitude in product development, process improvement, marketing and service operations. My notable achievements include a game changing Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics platform for GE locomotives fleet, 2nd generation hybrid PET/CT scanner (Discovery series) product development and launch with extensive focus on quality, reliability and Net Promotor Score, global service operations recalibration including installation, warranty, vender management, sales, marketing, cost of quality, and delivery. I also taught Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Strategy, Product Development & Program Management.I established the Office of Strategic & Digital Transformation and Performance Improvement for Essentia Health.At Vanguard Health Systems (now Tenet Healthcare) I established systemwide Enterprise Performance Management Systems with state-of-the-art data foundation and Process Improvement initiatives as the company grew from employees to and to over $6 billion in revenue. I also led a highly sophisticated data driven multi-channel portfolio of initiatives that resulted in 2% YoY growth ($110MM).I also ventured with several early-stage startups in healthcare technology and sports analytics areas, advising, strategizing, building and selling.I founded a boutique technology services company, D++, wherein I attracted a few close friends and rare top talent to build a dream team. We built innovative, sustainable and scalable data & technology strategies, solutions and capabilities for several companies in healthcare provider, payer and pharma segments.My team and I are hard at work, in somewhat stealth mode, building micro products and solutions to help solve big business problems one step at a time in the AI age.
