I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I have a strong background in trauma-informed psychology and extensive experience working with diverse populations. I am committed to providing patient-centered, integrative care tailored to each individual's needs. As a psychotherapist with expertise in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, couples, elderly people, and families, I bring a comprehensive approach to mental health care. My training includes working with trauma survivors, addressing anxiety, and body image concerns, relationship problems, interpersonal issues, working on self, self awareness, self esteem, fostering personality development, caregiver burnout and dementia care. I am enrolled in various trauma programs with the Arizona Trauma Institute. These initiatives reflect my dedication to continuous learning and my commitment to applying evidence-based practices. I have worked as part of multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with medical professionals, families, and community organizations to develop and implement effective treatment plans. My approach integrates interventions from various therapeutic modalities, ensuring care is adaptable to each client’s needs. This adaptability has been particularly valuable in my experience working remotely and in person with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I familiarity with legislation such as the Mental Health Act, Healthcare Consent Act, and Privacy Act ensures that my work complies with all legal and ethical standards. Beyond clinical care, I strive to create safe, inclusive spaces for all individuals, including LGBTQIA+ clients, to explore and address their mental health concerns. My passion for equity and sensitivity to diverse experiences underscores my commitment to fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth.
