Detailed Accomplishments: Directed a team of 4 researchers in the Kilifi study for GSMA, conducting 23 in-depth interviews, 2 focus group discussions, and 1 key informant interview, leading to actionable insights for improving Safaricom customer experience. Led data collection for Phase 1 of the CIFF project across 5 counties, co-led Phase 2 data analysis, and report writing, informing policy recommendations to enhance agricultural practices. Developed an onboarding manual for new researchers, ensuring consistent research quality and team efficiency. Designed and maintained IRB protocol templates, streamlining ethical compliance processes across projects. Exceeded recruitment goals by 50% for the CIFF study, ensuring robust data collection and comprehensive participant representation.
