Background
About Babs Ligthart
As an enthusiastic career orientation teacher, I motivate students to make conscious decisions. Starting by identifying their personal qualities and work values and finishing by practicing job interviews. I guide them through the entire process. In addition to my teaching job, I work as Personal & Professional Development (PPD) coordinator at the Education Centre of the Faculty of Science. My goal is to implement PPD learning paths for all students of our Faculty. Personally, I enjoy working on the front line, where I can use my creativity and decisiveness to stay crisp and updated. New projects and entrepreneurial educational activities fit me best.
