In my current role as Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at Aviko, I’m responsible for attracting top talent and developing employees in an international environment. I focus on strengthening our employer branding, optimizing recruitment processes, and designing impactful learning and development programs that support long-term employability, leadership growth, and a culture of continuous learning.
