SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE A professional with several years of experience in Project Management, Project Controls in Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM), EPC and BOT projects such as Mining and metal smelting, Civil Construction, Railway Projects, Airports, pharmaceuticals projects, Oil, Gas Chemicals, Manufacturing, Telecom and other industries. My expertise includes various methodologies for project planning and scheduling, estimating, cost controls and project controls, commissioning, and shutdown planning. I hold three degrees in Engineering, two of which I specialized in Project Management, and have been a member of Project Management Institute since 1988. I am currently working at Acciona Canada as Project Planning Manager where I am responsible for managing and coordinating the assignments of work, along with cost controlling, estimating, planning, and scheduling personnel for the project. I am in charge of establishing and maintaining EPCC Consulting project controls program throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases of the project, as well as of coordinating with the site manager, construction manager, and the client by providing accurate and timely internal and external project control information and progress reports. I have capability to perform efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities to achieve project deadlines, and capable of working with minimum direct supervision and adapting to changing circumstances. Dynamic, results-oriented management style and interpersonal skills have served me well on projects with status an expatriate role in Canada, Russia, USA, South Africa, Norway, Algeria, Mauritania, Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates, Armenia.
