In my personal life, I find joy in watching movies and exploring new places, while as a manager, I am driven to lead my team in solving complex problems and achieving our objectives. With over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, I have held various roles, including accountant, assistant manager, team leader, and manger in recovery department. Each position has taught me invaluable lessons: • The importance of patience • Embracing flexibility to enhance productivity • Continuous learning to expand knowledge and skill-set • To become a better version of myself every day. Currently, I serve as the manager at Bank of Baroda, the second-largest public sector bank in India with a customer base of 140 million. In my current role, I oversee over bad accounts totaling €6.4 million (₹ 578.20 Million) My responsibilities include: • Monitoring: Monitor recovery initiatives using data analytics to track progress and adjust strategies • Legal Collaboration: Collaborate with the legal department to expedite legal proceedings for recovery cases. • Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports on recovery activities for strategic decision-making. • Team Management and Coordination: Managing resources, staff development, and coordinating with internal departments Beyond my professional life, I am also committed to personal growth and development. I am currently learning German, as I believe that learning new languages is a gateway to broadening one's perspective and unlocking new opportunities.
