I specialize in creating innovative digital products that are user-friendly and meet business goals, backed by my extensive background in user experience design, prototyping, and problem-solving. My work portfolio includes a wide range of successful projects, such as revamping the FIT HUB app which resulted in doubling its revenue and tripling registration-to-payment conversion. At GOTOKO, I have been instrumental in designing customer-centric digital products for retailers all across Indonesia.
