In my current role as Head of Technology – North America/ FIELD VCP Lead, I assumed leadership of a fragmented and non-functioning team, broke down silos within IT groups, delivered end-to-end service solutions, and built a solutions-delivery powerhouse. I regained trust between executive sponsors, the transformation team, business process owners, and IT, and began delivering projects with quality as a #1 focus.
