Bahram is an accomplished, results driven program management and operations executive with extensive experience in the enterprise software industry. Bahram brings a unique set of skills from successful tenure in heavily matrixed fortune 100 companies (SAP, UKG, Reuters-Thompson, TIBCO) as well CTO experience in start-up companies (HomeGain, HUB, Arcot). Bahram is currently serving in the role of Head of EPMO Operations at Ultimate-Kronos Group. His drive, personality and insight have led to repeatedly achieving ambitious goals in complex programs and software profducts. He presents a strong track record of turnarounds, new concept development and leading existing product development and operations teams into customer focused models of growth and profitability. Bahram is highly experienced in adapting quickly to new environments and implementing change in a positive and affirming way. Characterized as a highly disciplined, energetic and innovative leader, his success has been his ability to build dynamic cultures primarily relying on a keen eye for assessing talent and building effective teams. Bahram graduated from Oregon State University and attended executive education at SAP and Reuters-Thompson. He also served as an adjunct professor at Noter Dame de Namur where he taught Software Engineering, Project Management and Cloud Computing.
