About Baidik Deb

I come with a total of 14 years of work experience. 8 years in India as a founder producer and post-production artist focusing on the entire production process starting from understanding the quantum of work to generate a unique budget preparing a lean efficient team for the project marrying the project with editing sounds music animation and colour for final packaging.  I am proud to have collaborated with the top advertising agencies of the country such as Ogilvy Dentsu Mudra McCan and Wunderman Thompson during my entrepreneurial journey. Later moving to Canada with another diploma in Film and Video Production from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and 2 years in Calgary as a video editor and post-production technician working for clients like Government of Alberta Swim Canada Connect First Credit Union to name a few. During this period I was also fortunate to collaborate with the film industry of Calgary to work as Dailies Operator for HBO’s The Last of Us and many other feature films. Later joining Distillery VFX as a VFX Editor and working on upcoming movies/shows like Schmigadoon 2 Leave the world behind Whirlwind The Naughty Nine The Last of Us and many more.
